Missouri’s HealthNet programs were designed to provide quality health care services to eligible Missouri residents. The HealthNet programs include MO HealthNet for Kids, MO HealthNet for pregnant women and newborns, and MO HealthNet for Families. Eligibility for the HealthNet programs is determined by the MO Family Support Division and all aspects of the programs, including health care coverage, health insurance rates and claims are administered by the MO HealthNet Division.

    Who Is Eligible?

    A child who:

  • is under the age of 19
  • has a social security number or made application
  • currently resides and intends to continue to reside in Missouri
  • is a U. S. citizen or a qualified non-citizen
  • meets Missouri guidelines for familiy income

    • Missouri HealthNet For Pregnant Women and Newborns

    Who Is Elibigle?

    A woman who:

  • is pregnant
  • has a social security number or made application
  • is a Missouri resident and intends to remain a MO resident
  • is a U. S. citizen or qualified non-citizen
  • meets MO income guidelines

    • Missouri HealthNet For Families

    Who Is Eligible?

    Parent(s) or caretakers and their children under age 19 who:

  • have a social security number or made application
  • are residents of Missouri and intend to remain so
  • are U. S. citizens or eligible non-citizens
  • meet MO income guidelines
